Before vulcanization, the conveyor belts must be polished with cut steps, rubber residues, dust residues from the connected surfaces must be removed through brushes or compressed air, the surfaces must be degreased with special solvents, remember that gasoline should never be used for such purposes! This process should be taken extremely responsibly, especially if cold vulcanization is used. Foreign ingredients should not get into the glue, this can weaken the properties of the glue, which in turn will adversely affect the uniformity and reliability of the joint.
